Year review? How 2018 beaten me, yet I got back up.
Can you actually write or post a year review? If yes, then I am very blind! Haha!
My 2018 kind of started end of December 2017. I ended with a shortage of hours lay-off at that now previous job. Which was good! They knew I wasn't feeling well and wanted me to get better. I did look for help from my family doctor, with no results. So I decided to continue looking for jobs and working for whoever wanted to hire me. My health did not get better and I lost all jobs I worked for. All employers were very sorry when they let me go. You could see it in their faces they were not faking it. This continued until August 2018.
I finally got to see a neurologist -since mine moved and never let any of his patients know. My mother came with me and he asked her questions. Which from those answers gave some understanding to certain things that was happening to me. He urged me to stop working for at least a full year. Or until I can hopefully get better. Well, It's January 2019 and I have not yet seen other specialists to get well. I did get to see the emergency often. They are starting to know me by name.
Since now, I can't go out without my medications. If I go out, like even to the mall, I have to make sure that I have some sort of note with me to explain to the person who's helping me what to do.
I was suppose to go out last night and my whole body was out of place. I don't want to end up being babysat at my age! So I had no choice to go with my parents to their friends. It was ok! I wasn't bored at all and got to play Solitaire for a while.
That's basically 2018 for me! I still have until August 2019 off work and if it's determined I can't fully go back to work, I have to go on something called a 'Disability Pension' in Canada.
Now let's hope 2019 runs smoothly. With better blog posts and a start at vlogging! Can I still make a boxing day-week haul? What kind of posts would you like to read? Let me know!
