Easy pancakes / Vegan tips & tricks

I was watching a video of Caitlin Shoemaker's 'How to eat on 1,50 $ a day' (5:30) and got intrigued on the pancakes she made. Although I did not make them the exact same way, they were amazing! So I thought I would share the way I made them!


1/2 cup of grind oats  
1/4 of a banana (medium size banana)
4 tbsp of water.

Once mixed, add in the pan like you would cook a regular (?) pancake.

Instead of adding a bit of peanut butter in the batter, I decided to smear it on the pancakes while they are hot (warm). The peanut butter melts and is so good! This makes about 2 small pancakes or 1 large. You can also put whatever you want on top of them. Next time, I think I am gonna put homemade jam!
